Yoga classes

Whether you join me for private sessions or group classes, online or in person, my intention is the same: to pass on what I've received with sincerity, and to meet you exactly where you are. My classes welcome every level — from complete beginners taking their first breath on the mat, to seasoned practitioners deepening their practice...

Who am I ?

I am a certified yoga teacher (800hr RYT), fully trained in India, the birthplace of Yoga.

I am also an ashtanga practitioner & I spend time every year in India to learn, practise and expand my knowledge about yoga.

I have been practising yoga for 12+ years and teaching both offline and online for 5+ years...

Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (TTC)

Deepen your understanding of the practice & experience 200 hour of yoga training with us. Learning about postures, alignment, breathing techniques, philosophy, chanting and more. I teach along, with two Indian teachers, what I have learnt and practised in India over the last 10 years.

We cannot wait to welcome you on this beautiful journey of learning.
