Notre formation est axée sur l'alignement, la méthode Ashtanga, le mouvement lié à la respiration et sur comment mettre en place une pratique quotidienne qui a du sens.
La formation se déroule sur 19 jours, au magnifique centre de bien-être « Blue Indigo Yoga Mindfulness Cambodia », au bord du fleuve Mékong.
La formation est dispensée en anglais par 2 professeurs indiens et moi-même.
